Tasting Notes:

This is a great example of dry chenin blanc. It's got good tropical and apple fruit notes, a hint of smokiness, tons of minerals, and crisp acidity. I wish I had more.

Tasting Notes:

This is a basic Burgundy. We serverd it at our Christmas dinner party. It paired with the second course of spiced pork loin roasted in pinot noir and pureed fennel.

This was a very good wine. Probably about as good as your basic Burgundy is going to get. It has me curious to try some premier and grand cru wines from the region. It wasn't very fruity. Very subtle flavors of cherries. It was very earthy with a pleasant mushroom taste. I also picked up the aroma and taste of fennel seed.
